Sexual function is an important factor that affects our quality of life. Having a sexual issue can affect us physically, emotionally/mentally, socially and affects our overall sense of well being. It is estimated that at least 40% of women and 30% of men report some degree of sexual dysfunction that prevents them from experiencing pleasure and satisfaction from sexual activity. These sexual issues (also referred to as Sexual dysfunctions) are reoccurring problems or distress that affect any stage of normal sexual activity, including desire, sexual response, pleasure, or orgasm. It is important to talk to your doctor since sudden changes in libido and other sexual dysfunctions can be caused by serious physical issues. But even if causes are physical, hypnosis can help with the psychological impact it comes with.

Due to the very delicate and intimate topic, seeking help for sexual issues can be difficult. People often feel ashamed, guilty, embarrassed or traumatized by their experiences and leaves them feeling very vulnerable. There is also a lot of mixed messages about what is “normal”, the struggles aren’t talked about, differences aren’t normalized, and sex positive information isn’t easily available.

People need modern solutions for their problems without embarrassment or judgment. That’s why I am here, as a specialized Sexual Freedom Hypnotist, to help you overcome your sexual issues in a non judgmental and open minded way.
