ABOUT
Hey I’m Monika Arychuk- A wife, a mom, and a multi-passionate entrepreneur, here to help you find your way back to balance and ease—mind, body, and soul.
Meet Monika
With a background in Psychology and Health Sciences, along with training in Ayurveda, Reiki, Hypnosis, and Yoga, I’ve cultivated a practice that blends scientific knowledge with creative and intuitive wisdom.
My journey into Yin Yoga has taught me to listen to my inner voice, create balance, and find clarity—insights I now share with others through both yin yoga and art therapy.
As I deepened my practice, I realized that integrating therapeutic art into this healing process would provide a holistic approach to personal transformation that included a creative piece I had been missing.
A holistic & Creative Approach
The journey to healing is unique for each individual, but it often begins with rediscovering a deeper connection to yourself. Through the integration of yin yoga and art therapy, profound transformation can unfold.
These practices offer more than just tools for relaxation; they provide a safe space for introspection, emotional release, and creative expression.
Yin yoga, with its emphasis on stillness and mindfulness, invites you to listen deeply to your body, while art therapy gives you the freedom to explore and express your inner world.
This combination allows you to access your subconscious, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with a sense of balance and peace. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, or simply seeking to nurture your creative self, this holistic approach can offer the clarity and insight needed to move forward with confidence and joy.
